What is Magnetic Listening?
Magnetic Listening is a multi-faceted listening method reinforced with strategic
planning used to substantiate the individuals’ thoughts, ideas, challenges, and

How Does Magnetic Listening Work?
There is no format or structure for the Magnetic Listening session. It is
customized for each business owner and executive due to the different needs
of individual clients.

SESSIONS WITH MAILEY: At your appointment, you may freely discuss any
matters, issues, or thoughts on your mind. In the beginning, you speak about
the topics most important to you. Mailey will use the Magnetic Listening system
to substantiate what you have said, so that you are able to navigate through
your thoughts. As you navigate with Mailey, your realizations produce the
mechanisms, clarity, and necessities for you to materialize tangible business
results.
CONTINOUS SESSIONS WITH MAILEY: As you continue your sessions with
Mailey, you may still discuss any matters, issues, or thoughts on your mind. It is
your choice whether you would like to continue to speak about the topics of
your last session or not. Again, the sessions are individually tailored to your
specific needs so you can discuss what is relevant to you. Also, you are not
obligated to continue sessions with Mailey. Continuous sessions are a choice.

BANKER FULFILLS LIFE DREAM:
A successful senior bank manager got laid off due to the current banking crisis. He called me early one morning just to be listened to.
