Over the past twenty-five years, Mailey Rohner has developed coaching, advising,
and restorative systems geared towards supporting individuals to realize their

Through her interactions with her clients and her own personal experiences,
Mailey developed a deeper insight into the needs of individuals. She coupled her
knew understanding with the successful elements of her past systems and
developed her Magnetic Listening system.
Magnetic Listening provides a platform for individuals to discover and cultivate
support mechanisms, tools, ideas, and self-confident needed to materialize their
potential.
While Magnetic Listening can be used by anyone, Mailey Rohner has chosen to
focus on the needs of business owners and executives. As Mailey has traveled
the world and worked in five countries, she has witnessed the effects of the
technological paradigm shift on the business world along with the need it has
created among business owners and executives. Mailey molded Magnetic
Listening to focus on the needs of business owners and executives working to
succeed in the 21st century global, technological paradigm.
